We had an amazing stay right in the heart of Whistler village.

Marian provided exceptionally clear instructions (with photos and arrows!) on how to get into the condo, and was very responsive to any inquiries we had (within minutes, if not seconds).

All of the sleeping areas were very clean and comfortable (including the sofa bed). The bathroom and kitchen were spotless and had all the appliances necessary for a great stay.

We forgot an item in the condo and Marian was very responsive and kind to get it back to us.

Neat Whistler provides excellent service for our AirBnB/VRBO listing. Marian works hard to get bookings yet is carefull about the guests he accepts in order to protect the property. He is fast, courteous, and helpful to guests…and in communication with us. His physical check-ins between bookings to evaluate cleaning quality and catch any damage/issues with guests goes a long way to instil confidence that everything is being taken care of.

North Star 86 is a great great place. Well taken care off. Furniture is new, as well as linens with comfortable beds. Extremely clean home. Location is great, just across the Marketplace.

Marian and Jaime were amazing host, friendly and helpful!

Marian and the team at Neat Whistler have exceeded our expectations in short term rental management.  They made us feel comfortable during the entire process from staging to listing.  Marian responds promptly to all requests and questions, he provides guests with such a good experience that we have been Superhosts consistently for our first year! Marian has been maintaining, cleaning and hosting our property for the past year, our first year of AirBNB.  He is always professional and diplomatic with our guests.  His business always makes sure our condo is extremely clean.  All of his hard work has enabled us to get to be superhosts on AirBNB.  Honestly, this was not my or my husband's doing, we live five hours away and are not responsible for responding to guests.  It is Marian that enables us to have a successful AirBNB and we could not be more grateful for his help. We have been working with Marian and Neat Whistler for the last year to manage our property for nightly rentals in Whistler Creekside. We have been working with Marian and his team for almost two years and are very happy with their cleaning services for our vacation rental. This past summer we used Neat Whistler to take care of our vacation rental property while we were away in Europe.  We tried out the On Call Management service and it really put our mind at ease that every potential issue (door issue, tv not working) or emergency would be taken care of by Marian in a very timely manner. Our group of six had a wonderful weekend visiting Whistler and enjoying Tiffany’s beautiful home. Her space is cozy, perfectly appointed, and spotless! Marian and the Neat team were incredibly easy to communicate with and went out of their way to accommodate.
