Guest access
One FREE parking will be provided located in the parking lot in the buiding. Parking clearance is 7’0”, which should fit a small or standard size vehicle. Please note that if your vehicle does not fit into the parking stall, we are not responsible to provide alternative parking or compensation for such. There are a handful of nearby overnight pay parking options within the village if you need extra parking space.
There is a shared hot tub on level 3, which is available to use with reservation. A paper form will be posted on the wall next to the hot tub room entrance every morning at 7am. The day is broken up into 30-minute time slots. Guest need to sign up their room numbers for a certain time slot, first come first served.
Other things to note:
Pets: Please note that pets are not permitted in this property.
Footwear: To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing shoes inside the condo.
Minimum Age Requirement: At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for responsible young adults who will respect the property and its neighbors. Guests may be asked to verify their age at check-in by presenting a valid government-issued ID.
Cleaning Policy: The property will be professionally cleaned after each checkout. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the unit for your stay, including cleaning and laundry. Before departure, we kindly ask guests to load and start the dishwasher and dispose of garbage in the recycling room. Please note, excessive mess or additional garbage removal may result in additional charges through Airbnb’s resolution center.
Noise Policy: Whistler Village enforces noise bylaws with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise complaints may result in fines from the municipality or building management, which will be charged to the guest via Airbnb’s resolution center.
