This spacious, high-ceiling condo with sunken living room has everything you need for your Whistler getaway. The condo is unique in that it is very spacious and comfortable with an open kitchen with island, and in-suite laundry. Enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub and spectacular views. The building is located in the beautiful area of Blueberry Drive, a 15 minute walk to the Village, right next to Lakeside park and bike trails, next to the golf course. This location is ideal for all year round!
The space
This condo is a gem! Very spacious (1140 sq ft) with vaulted ceilings on the top floor, and a sunken living room. The well-stocked kitchen has an open concept with an island and 4 bar-stools. It has been recently updated with new countertops, sinks, and faucets in kitchen and bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided. For entertainment we have an armoire with books for kids and adults, as well as some games, cable TV in both bedrooms, and in the living room . The SMART TV in the living room has all your favourite TV apps to stream your shows (with your own login). There is a washer and dryer and laundry soap provided.
Our favourite part of the building is the pool area with the unobstructed views of Whistler/Blackcomb; a rarity in Whistler, and 2 BBQ’s for grilling your favourite meals.
This is a family-friendly building with residents that live here full time. This is not an appropriate listing for guests looking for a party weekend.

Guest access
There is an access code given to guests for their stay. Parking is free! No assigned spots. Height restriction is 6″8, and there are 3 over-height spots available which are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note there is NO STREET PARKING during the winter months due to snow accumulation, so please make sure the height restriction works for your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE:
The highway leading to Whistler requires winter tires or M+S tires from October to March.
